Get started
02

Install the Chrome extension

Install topfits in Chrome, then open Chrome’s Extensions menu and pin topfits so it’s easy to reach.

For the installation link, email hello@topfits.ai.

03

Set your hiring bar

Create a role, paste its job description and choose Broad, Balanced or Selective. Topfits builds the screening criteria for that role.

Set the role as Currently reviewing in your dashboard before you start screening applicants.

One role at a time. Check the active role whenever you switch between job posts.
04

Open a resume and click topfits

Open an applicant’s resume PDF from your LinkedIn job post. With the PDF open in Chrome, click the pinned topfits extension to screen it against the active role.

The result belongs to that role’s candidate workspace.

05

Review the evidence

Open the role’s candidates in your dashboard. Review the saved resume, assessment and recommendation together, then make your hiring decision.

Google saving is optional. If you enable it, the connected Google account receives the additional copies you choose.

Common questions.

The extension isn’t screening my resume.

Check that you’re signed in, that a role is marked Currently reviewing, and that the resume PDF itself is open in Chrome. If it still fails, send the error text to hello@topfits.ai.

Where are my resumes and assessments?

They’re saved in your topfits candidate workspace under the role you were reviewing. Open that role’s candidates to find them.

Do I need Google Sheets?

No. Topfits has its own candidate view with resumes and assessments. Google saving is an optional additional destination.

What happens if I screen the same resume again?

Duplicate skipping is available per role. Check that it’s enabled in your settings. The same resume can still be considered for a different role.

Does disconnecting Google remove existing copies?

No. Disconnecting Google does not remove files already saved to your Drive or Sheets. Manage those copies in your Google account.

How do I request deletion?

Email hello@topfits.ai with your account email and a description of the data concerned. We may need to verify your identity or authority. Copies in your own Google account or local folders need to be managed separately.
